WildDesign Studios, LLC is not responsible for errors or issues caused by third-party platforms.

4. User Accounts & Submissions

If you create an account or submit information on the Site:

Refund Policy & Terms of Service

Welcome to WildDesign Studios. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outline how we do business and what you can expect when working with us. By engaging WildDesign Studios for any service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Covered

WildDesign Studios provides creative and consulting solutions including, but not limited to:

• Branding and visual identity

• Web design and development

• Social media management (paid & organic reputation)

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Strategic consulting and process mapping

• SharePoint design and development

• Power Platform services

• Ad hoc services and projects, as proposed

We offer both one-time project engagements and ongoing subscription-based services.

2. Estimates, Invoicing, and Payment

All estimates, invoices, and payments are managed through Wave Apps, our automated billing platform.
Clients may pay via check or credit card.
Credit card payments include a standard convenience fee, automatically added to the invoice total.

Projects may require a 25-50% deposit. Deposit will be invoiced after estimate acceptance and applied to the project balance. Client agrees to pay incidental and additional charges. WildDesign Studios will make every attempt to provide notice to the client prior to assuming charge(s). 

All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted in your invoice or agreement. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

3. Subscription Services & Cancellations

Subscription-based services are billed monthly or annually, depending on the client’s arrangement with WildDesign Studios.

Client Cancellations:

• A minimum 3-month written notice is required to end annual subscription services.

• 45-day written notice is required to end month-to-month subscription services.

• Clients remain financially responsible for the 3-month period following notice.

• Written notice must be submitted via email to your account manager or clients@wilddesign.biz.

WildDesign Cancellations:

• WildDesign Studios reserves the right to cancel any subscription or service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

• When possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide services for a shortened transition period if the situation allows.

4. Refund Policy

One-Time Projects:

• All one-time projects (including, but not limited to, branding, web design, and consulting deliverables) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated.

• Project deposits and milestone payments are considered earned upon receipt.

Subscription Services:

• Fees for completed or in-progress months of service are non-refundable.

• Cancellations do not qualify for prorated or partial refunds.

WildDesign Studios does not guarantee specific outcomes or results and cannot issue refunds based on subjective satisfaction once contracted services have begun.

5. Ownership of Work

Full ownership of creative materials, digital assets, and intellectual property developed by WildDesign Studios may be transferred to the client only after final payment is received in full.

Until final payment is made, all materials remain the sole property of WildDesign Studios.

WildDesign Studios retains the right to:

• Showcase completed work in portfolios, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Develop use cases or case studies based on client projects, excluding confidential client data.

• Repurpose non-exclusive intellectual and creative work (such as code structures, frameworks, design concepts, or process methodologies) for other projects.

6. Termination for Cause

WildDesign Studios reserves the right to immediately terminate any service or agreement due to:

• Non-payment or repeated late payment;

• Professional misconduct by the client or their representatives;

• Inappropriate or abusive behavior, including unreasonable demands or communication that violates professional boundaries;

• Ethical or moral disparities that compromise the integrity or reputation of WildDesign Studios or its team members.

Termination for cause does not release the client from payment obligations for services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

WildDesign Studios provides all services in good faith and with professional diligence. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project outcomes, third-party integrations, or client use of deliverables.
Total liability under any contract is limited to the total amount paid to WildDesign Studios for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary business, client, and project information confidential. WildDesign Studios may reference client names and general project descriptions publicly, but will not disclose confidential or sensitive business data without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration prior to legal proceedings.

10. Agreement

By engaging WildDesign Studios, submitting payment, or continuing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Pro Bono & Volunteer Services Policy

WildDesign Studios (“WDS”) is committed to supporting communities, nonprofits, and causes through pro bono, volunteer, or technical consulting services. This Policy outlines how WDS provides these services and what recipients can expect.

1. Nature of Services

All pro bono and volunteer services are provided “as available” and without guarantee of delivery, results, or timelines. WildDesign Studios retains full discretion over whether and when services are provided.

2. Acceptance

Recipients confirm acceptance of pro bono services via email acknowledgment. No formal contract is required; email confirmation constitutes agreement to this Policy.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ownership of creative, technical, and strategic work produced during pro bono projects is determined case-by-case. WildDesign Studios may:

• Retain full ownership;

• Share ownership; or

• Transfer full ownership to the recipient.

WildDesign Studios retains the right to:

• Repurpose technical work, frameworks, and creative concepts for other projects;

• Showcase final deliverables in portfolios, marketing materials, advertisements, or use cases.

4. Post-Project Support

Pro bono services generally do not include ongoing support or maintenance. WildDesign Studios may, at its discretion, offer limited or case-by-case assistance after project completion.

5. Client Selection

WildDesign Studios selects pro bono recipients at its sole discretion. Participation in pro bono projects is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

WildDesign Studios is not responsible for any outcomes, results, or damages arising from pro bono or volunteer work. Recipients accept all risk associated with the use of delivered services.

7. Timeline and Delivery

Pro bono services are provided as available. WildDesign Studios may pause, delay, or discontinue services at any time based on internal capacity, priorities, or other commitments.

8. Credit and Attribution

WildDesign Studios may request acknowledgment or credit whenever work is used publicly, including on websites, marketing materials, or social media.

9. Confidentiality

WildDesign Studios will treat all client information responsibly. However, due to the nature of volunteer projects, strict confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
